Function Technology Shipping Policy
1.
Shipping Address = Billing Address: All shipping
addresses must correspond to the billing address. In the
event you must have your item shipped to another
location, you will need to call your credit card company
to temporarily allow verification for shipping to the
stated address.
2. Ground
vs. Air: Shipping methods other than UPS ground are
available to repeat customers 2 weeks after their
initial purchase. The same method of payment and card of
payment must be used in order to receive expedited
shipping.
3.
Holding Period: Due to mandated security checks, all
items are subject to a 24 hour holding period for
first-time customers. Most orders will ship within 1-2
business days after the order is placed.
4. Credit
Card Name: Full Function only accepts credit cards
in the name of the registered users. Due to theft and
fraudulent activity, we can no long accept credit cards
assigned to anyone else’s name.
