Ken’s car has gone through many stages of growth.
Not too long ago, we built a turbo kit for him. The
1ZZ block -- which is exceptionally weak -- was
bound to eventually go. As we pushed this car to its
limits, we became more and more concerned about the
integrity of his motor. To make a long story short,
we decided to beef it up by giving it a full race
rebuild. Ken commutes over 80 miles everyday! The
last thing we wanted was for him to be stranded on
the side of the freeway. Thanks to the built motor,
Ken's car is still running strong. |
